friends friends friends

Seattle is a great place to live because friends like to come here and visit you.  Kindra and Kyle have been here for the last few days and we've had a blast together.  Here are pictures of our adventures together.  If you like it. . . you should come visit me too. . . I'd love to show you around!!

Mmm. . . Her first sip of Seattle Coffee!!  At Zeitgeist Coffee Co.

And the Needle. .  .

Don't think I was ready for the picture.  Oops!

Oh, Seattle

Funky Art in Kerry Park

More statue posing.

WAY too much fun!

Old man enjoying the city.  Sweet.

Coffee from Vivace Coffee Co.  Mmmm. . .

Thai Tom!  Praise the Lord, O My soul!  I'm so glad that God is creative and can make such great cultures with such great food for me to enjoy in Seattle.

The glory of steamed veggies with peanut sauce and fried tofu!  It tastes just as good as it looks.

Me and Kindra!

The troll under the bridge.

There is this little guitar shop in Fremont that we played guitar in for a while.  Most of these babies are worth more than my car! . . . I guess that's not saying much.

Glasses in Urban Outfitters.  Very trendy!

Kindra and I in Pioneer Square.  It was so green and sunny that day.  The shadows are very pretty on the ground!

We went to this used bookstore in the U District.  Let's just say the owners were a little eccentric!  Here are their cats that roam around the shop.  Hope none of their customers are allergic to cats!

Another beautiful bookstore shot.

Kindra, Caitlin and the girls (BJ/JG)

Our dear friend Hillary came to visit us.  She lives in Lakewood which is only a few minutes away from P-town.  She loves to laugh and she makes us laugh too.  It was a BLAST!  And she just got a job at Alaska Airlines so we heard all about the cool uniforms she has to wear and all of the creative options she has for tying her scarf!  Too much fun!!

We all made Chinese food one night because Mom and Dad decided to go on a date.  Here are JG/BJ helping K-squared make dumplings, called jiaozi.  I'm making qiezi on the stove so I didn't make it into the shot (qiezi is eggplant).
