another party. . .

This one was way last minute, but I felt I had to share because I took part in the preparation and celebration.
It was 6pm and we knew we had to do appetizers and dessert by 8:30 for 12 people.
Trader Joe's here we come.  The beautiful Danika Dahlin, a classy lady with GREAT taste and I hit the road and concocted this beautiful menu in 2.5 hours!

Appetizers:
-Homemade brichetta served on a thinly sliced toasted/buttered baguette
-Artichoke-Parmesan dip served on Middle Eastern Flatbread with peppered salami
-Pan-fried chicken and sundried tomato sausage (with toothpicks)
Desserts:
-Fudge brownies topped with coconut
-Pumpkin muffins stuffed with cream cheese
-Oatmeal raisin cookies
Drinks:
-African Chai (made by Adam)
-Spiced cider

Its amazing what a few hours and some cute vintage dishes can do to make a great little celebration for 12!
