Oh, and the scrunchy was for old time sake. When I used to make myself an article of clothing, I would always use the extra fabric to make an extra hair accent. I thought Kindra, now being 21, would love to match her new bag with a great hair piece. Happy Birthday, Kindra!
But that wasn't the end of my inspiration. I've been needing a new wallet because my purse organization skills are lacking. I couldn't find one anywhere for cheap enough that I really liked, so I decided to make one. Here it is, complete with credit card storage and a coin pocket.
Last night a girl asked me how much I would charge to make her one of these wallets. . . is anyone else thinking what I'm thinking? ETSY here I come! Maybe. . . but at least we know now that it runs in the family.
Thanks for the inspiration Nicki!

By hte way, that's how I got started with the whole apron thing: I made one for myself and people started asking for their own....
